Anyone got Covid again?

I'm wondering as think we all had it back in March - dh had classic symptoms and has had long Covid since, ds had a cough for a week, I lost my sense of smell and taste and dd had no symptoms. None of us got tested, as you couldn't get tested then unless you were actually turning blue.

Now dh has a really bad flare up - back as bad as it was in March. I've had slight chest pains and numb hands, recently, and ds has had cold/temp/feeling sick and wobbly symptoms. Could be a different bug, but I'm wondering if anyone else thinks or knows they have had Covid twice?

I know someone who has tested positive twice - once in April and once on Friday.

@ilikeitwhenshegoesbabababababa did they have a positive test result both times or think they had it in April?

There have been several cases of people testing positive twice. Probably many more unconfirmed cases as there was so little testing in that first wave.

I had a cold a few weeks ago that flared all my long covid symptoms back up, but as soon as the cold cleared so did my symptoms.

Interesting, Kitcat. So a minor virus could be causing a flare up.
