How long did your test results take?

Yesterday had to pick my youngest daughter up from nursery as she had a temperature. She's getting 3 back teeth so positive it's teething. But due to current guidance we got her a test and we are now isolating until we get the results.
How long did your results take to come through?

Dd tested Wednesday morning Dh tested Thursday morning, no results back yet (Friday pm 😫). Leicestershire

49 hours and counting here
Whole thing is a bloody farce

It depends on which labs they go to so west midlands between 48 hrs to 5 days!

@Mysa74, it sounds pretty similar. We were one of maybe four cars going through (seemed a pretty continuous flow of the odd car going in and out but no one was waiting) and it ran really smoothly. The staff were great with dd (4) and more than happy to wave manically at her whenever she started waving at them.

We went for a 9.30-10 slot so I was really hoping for an early morning result today but that was probably far to optimistic of me.

And he's a probation officer

And then there's nursery

Home test, SE - just under 72hrs. Sent it back on Tue, got it in today.

12 hours in Edinburgh thankfully

Less than 24 hrs for me but this was back in July

Never came from first test
Second one was 36 hours, came 1am

55 hours and it's back. Thankfully it's negative. Hope everybody who is awaiting test results get them soon. And those of you with the virus recover quickly.

We’re currently at 57 hours waiting for dc’s and still nothing.

Tuesday morning test taken at a walk in centre and results received Friday evening, and that was after chasing it. My test was posted today so will see how long that takes.
