Bubbles in Tier 2

Hi, sorry if this has been covered, but I'm confused about the bubbles - my sister is in a bubble with my elderly but very fit father - both live alone and it's for company rather than anything nursing related - but are they still allowed to mix in one or other of their houses, as they are in different households? Thanks

Support bubbles for single adults are allowed

Thank you - can I find that in the guidance to could show them? They're both Followers of Rules and need reassurance that they aren't doing anything wrong!
