Question about level 2 and exercise classes

Ok so I'm in North Essex, we have way below national average numbers and the scientists were happy to point out yesterday that east of England is relatively low risk atm, but ECC wants us to go to level 2.

Does anyone know how the guidance for exercise classes works? It seems to say they can go ahead as long as no households mixing. So does that mean only one household per class, which would be ridiculous. Or does it mean we each keep to our own 2m square (which we are doing anyway)?

I know this is probably a minor thing for most, but I'm autistic and the classes are part of my coping strategy.

I am in tier two area and exercise classed can go ahead as long as ‘Covid secure’. This seems to mean hand sanitizer on way in, mask worn until on your spot, bring your own mat etc and everybody stays 2 metre apart.
