Positivity rate in Scotland

Been consistently above 10%, 17% today.

Any theories why it is so different to the rest of the UK?

Is it fewer viruses with similar symptoms circulating?
More targeted testing?
More virus around?

Not seen much speculation about why, just that positivity rate above 5% is bad!

?schools went back earlier, and Rest of UK lagging behind.
Better testing?
Was Scotland hit hard in the first wave?
Dunno probably multiple factors.
