App notification disappeared, can I find it?

I went to the hairdressers and switched my Bluetooth back on after turning off at home last night to save battery. I scanned in and when I sat down I had a notification that said something about being exposed to someone with Covid. I clicked on it and it's vanished, I can't find it anywhere in the app. I've clicked on today's searches/keys and none have matched.

It's an error. Something to do with the way that Apple / Google manage exposure notifications vs the NHS app supposedly. You can ignore it unless the app itself changes.

I’ve heard that it’s because your phone has connected with someone who has tested positive. Unless you get a second message afterwards (an hour or so) and the app changes to red then you don’t need to do anything. They work out if you just passed them in the street or actually had a contact that was likely to transmit the virus.

Thanks, I'll be honest the fact that it vanished means I wasn't going to isolate. More than happy to if I get a notification I can see. I may have seen some threads touching on it but hadn't paid much attention. Could be pretty anxiety inducing for some people!!
