Fever with no cough

Has anyone had confirmed Covid with a fever but no cough? DH has had a fever, feels awful and has a blinding headache for days but no hint of a cough and no change in taste/smell.

We are all isolating while waiting for his test results (72 hours plus and counting.....) but at this stage I don't know how concerned to be.

Yes, there are statistics on this, and you only need one of the main symptoms to test.

I was tested 2-3 months ago after having an unexplained fever one Saturday evening. No other symptoms. Tested Sunday (by which time the fever had subsided), results back Monday - negative.
