Query RE: Tier 2

So, I'm in tier 1 but my parents live in a tier 2 zone. So I'm not allowed to visit them from Wednesday. Are they still allowed to visit me? I've not seen any guidance about travel between zones. Has anyone seen any guidance around this issue?

Does this help? I think it’s saying not to socialise indoors or outside with people not in your household or bubble.

There’s also a bit about avoiding travel to or from tier 1 areas unless it’s for work or a caring responsibility etc
