COVID app flashed positive

Hi I have the NHS COVID app and earlier it flashed a notification that I had been in contact with someone positive but then it went away. I can't find any info on the map or on my iPhone notifications.

It definitely happened as my husband saw it too

Anyone else had this?

Happened to me too!

Its happened quite often I think, at least it's a known issue/bug.

DH had it on his phone (the flash, not a proper notification) but I've not seen it on mine!

unless your circle turns red and starts a count down you can just ignore it.

Me too! Glad I'm not the only one I did think I was seeing things! Came up in notifications then clicked on it and it had gone... thanks for helping to clear it up
