If you watched today's briefing,

Do you think his speech was to warm us up with it being a guarantee?
Or
Is it unlikely to happen?

@Frazzled2207 National lockdown for Wales.
He's mentioned it a few times today. He said they are having talks this week about the best approach for Wales.
