Will I still need to self isolate?

Today I received a positive result. Ive lost all sense of smell & taste. if they do not come back in the 10 days of me isolating will I still need to isolate after till it comes back since it's a symptom?

From what I have read on other people's experiences smell and taste don't return for weeks. You should isolate for 10 days from symptoms start and may be isolate longer if you still have a fever after 10 days. Not sure about the last part 100% as this was being said when Boris still had fever after 10 days.

Here's advice from the NHS app

No you don’t have to isolate after the 10 days from receiving positive test result if you still have no taste or smell, as these vary on when they return. Some have said that one returns before the other. If you have any other symptoms that are making you feel unwell, you should still isolate until you feel better.
