How do I cancel covid test?

I've booked one which is quite a drive away but have been offered one at the school. I can't seem to find an option to cancel the test centre drive through!!

Is there a contact number for the test centre anywhere?

Or maybe you could ring the 119 number and ask for their advice. I ordered a home test kit a few weeks ago that I didn't end up needing but couldn't find a way to cancel the order.
