Notification from NHS App

I have a Samsung phone m. I just saw a red 'sun' icon which said "You have been near someone" I can't see anymore as my phone cuts off the end of the notification. I tapped on it and it took me to the app but I can't find anywhere on the app to look for this alert Hmm. Anyone know or received similar?

It’s a known, unhelpful glitch - I got one too, bit scary/infuriating isn’t it but nothing to actually worry about.

Thanks. What is the glitch exactly? I don't even know what the full notification says (I can guess). Is it that it has alerted me incorrectly and that's why I can't find anything on the app? Or is the glitch that the app doesn't have a space for you to look up your alerts but it has actually alerted me correctly IYSWIM?
