What do you think restrictions will be at Christmas?

Do you think they'll be relaxed so people can spend time with family? I don't think they will but my family seem to think things will be better by then so won't make any plans Hmm

I think they'll be exactly the same as they are now, whether people will stick to them and if they will be enforced is another story

Same as now and to be honest I am willing to give up this Christmas to get back to normal life sooner I just want it out of the way

Ecosse · 09/10/2020 23:20

What the rules are at Christmas is irrelevant to be frank. People have had enough as it is and there is no way they will spend Christmas apart from their relatives.

HotToCold · 09/10/2020 23:25

People will do what they want.
Lile alot of have, this whole time

January deaths will rocket,
because everyone saw relatives.
Hope Christmas will be worth it for them

We've already decided we'll be at home, just us, kids want potatoes and gravy. I can work with that. Better than getting their expectations up.

I think we will be out of this mess very soon. By April I reckon we will be edging to normal.

But, unfortunately in the meantime I think we are going to have an horrific winter. Everyone has their own idea on covid, millions think you wash your hands but breathe in a roomful of stale air packed with people and be OK.

It's going to be awful. The only slight chink of light is that the flu jab has been pushed and taken up in greater numbers.

Unless there is a full lock down again now for several weeks or from half term for several weeks, I can't see how Xmas is on the cards expect for slight raising of numbers.

I think people will see family and do what they want regardless of any restrictions and I don't blame them.
If the bubble rule wasn't there I would see my mum over Christmas anyway even though I have followed all the other restrictions. I'm of the opinion that life is too short and we've missed so much this year already.
