Ex refusing to quarantine.

Stupid ex is currently away on holiday in a country where he is supposed to quarantine for 14 days on return from. He has told my children he will not quarantine as he believes he has already had the virus and "no one tells me what to do". He plans to see the kids within a day of returning Hmm. Would you allow this to go ahead?

Nope... he's not a dr and can't self diagnose! I wouldn't take the chance as he could introduce it to the whole family

WolffromTheWest · 09/10/2020 17:19

I'm also classed as clinically vulnerable etc and have taken careful precautions throughout.

Absolutely not -cooome on Hmmand you're vulnerable ? Why isn't this a no brainer

corlan · 09/10/2020 17:25

My XP did similar and I told my daughter she couldn't see him until his quarantine ended - even though he clearly wasn't quarantining.
I'm so sick of all those who think they're special and that rules don't apply to them. I don't want to raise my DD to think that's OK.

WolffromTheWest · 09/10/2020 17:28

@beachbodhi

It is. But he's a steam rolling abusive type and sometimes behaves so badly with such confidence that I wonder is it me? I know I know!

No, I'd give a heads-up to his local community police officer.

doireallyneedaname · 09/10/2020 20:58

Report him, he’ll be fined a nice amount.

Itsabeautifuldayheyhey · 09/10/2020 21:25

Absolutely not.

carly2803 · 09/10/2020 21:47
