Office for National Statistics weekly test - help

Hi, I don't know if anyone else has been chosen to take part in this. You would have had a letter from the Office for National Statistics. My understanding is that they'll come weekly for the first 4 visits then monthly for the remaining.

I am away the day they're due to come this week, does anyone know if this can be rescheduled? I can't find the number to ask them! Sad

You get a 1st visit, then 4x weekly follow ups, then 11 follow ups at 4-week intervals - a total of 16 visits over a year.

If you're not available on the date offered for the 1st visit, they should re-schedule to the next date that's suitable.

If you're not available on set days each week, let the visitor know and they should arrange future visits around that.

Has anyone had their vouchers yet? We started the doing the tests for them 8 days ago now, but still haven't received any vouchers.

@GBroGal this will be my 4th visit but I can't be here the day they usually come. When they call to confirm the time, is this when they will offer a different day?

@WhatzTheCraic I got mine the day before my next visit but it does say they can take up to 28 days to come through. Check your junk, it'll come from this Smile

We got our vouchers the Thursday after the test (Sundays) every week without fail.

OP call them on the main number 0800 085 6807 to rearrange or just let the nurse know when they call the day before and they will rearrange with you then

GBroGal · 08/10/2020 10:04

You may be able to postpone it to the next day - if the visitor can't do that they can ask for it to be reallocated to someone who can. Otherwise, you may just have to skip that visit.

Thanks OP and @XiCi I'll keep checking my junk folder.

Thank you @GBroGal & @XiCi Smile panic over!
