Lost home test?

2 out of 3 home tests we’ve done have arrived at the labs one hasn’t. It’s still at the one before last destination. Do you think they’ve lost it or just not scanned it? We’ve been off school/work since Monday.

I have 3 DC 5 and under they get coughs and temps with every other cold! We can’t keep staying off work. How are we supposed to pay the bills

I can’t do the drive through tests because it’s really hard to swab the the little ones in the car specially since there’s 3 of them in car seats/booster in the back no room to get to them so we do the home tests. I ordered early Monday morning but didn’t arrive until late Tuesday so couldn’t swab until Wednesday

I was hoping we could get a couple days back at work/school this week but that’s not likely to happen. I just don’t want the test to be lost

Anyone had a test not arrived at labs but still got results? Do I call 119 or Royal Mail?

I called them they said they didn’t have access to any info on whether tests have arrived or not. I should either order another test or try calling Royal Mail :(

Can’t get through to an actual person on Roayl Mail help line it’s all automated 🤦🏻‍♀️

Royal couldn’t give me an answer either.

Anyone not had delivery confirmation but still got results? 😭
