Should I book a test and isolate?!

This evening around 7pm my face all of a sudden went very red and i felt like it was burning. It felt like I had the worst sunburn.
I started to panic and I took my temperature.
It was 37

I then took some paracetamol and checked my temperature again after around 30-40 minutes and it was 36.9

The burning has stopped now but I’m worried that this is only because I’ve taken paracetamol and it’s stopping a fever from actually breaking!

I have a hospital appointment in the morning. Should I cancel it and isolate?

Sounds like an allergic reaction to me. It happened to me once, and it turned out to be the hyacinth bulbs I'd planted in a bowl earlier.

You can suddenly develop an allergy to fish, so don't rule the salmon out either.

Your symptoms sound more like anxiety.
37 is not a fever and you shouldn't be taking paracetamol for it.
