Tested my baby reassurance needed !

I just tested my baby. Got it down her throat and up her nose each nostril twice but at one point she swiped at me and caught the swab with her hand . There was definitely still plenty of yuck (!?) On it when I put it in the tube and the lady said it should be ok . I'm panicked I'll get inconclusive and everyone will have to isolate longer.

I need to be at work and my kids need to be at school;

I know there's nothing I can do but hoping for a bit of reassurance

I managed to get the swab up DD’s nose for about 2 seconds on each one before she lost it.

Hers came back negative. You should be fine!

Ha! Ok that's made me think that a slight brush of the hand probably is inconsequential.

My DD was ok at first but then escaped my grasp and ended up sitting on the floor of the car staring up at me and screaming "no". That was clearly the end of my testing attempt
