Just looking for some opinions, my DD came down with a sore throat followed by runny nose and a cough. We did the test as she is still coughing a lot but the test came back tonight as unclear. The timeframe for getting a test again is nearly up and not able to get one on NHS so far.
I have since came down with the symptoms she has but not as severe as DD, certainly not to warrant a test.
My question really is do you think it would be reasonable for me to take a test (will do privately) and if I test negative, we can resume normal life after DD has completed her 10 day self-isolation? Otherwise she will have to do 14days, as wont be able to take her to school.
