Booking things for 2021?

What's everyone doing re booking things for next year..? Has anyone made concrete plans for Spring / Summer 2021, eg holiday or wedding?

I am keen to book a holiday - with a water tight cancellation policy of course. My DH big birthday is end of May so was hoping to coincide with that. Would you go ahead and book something? (Sunny European beach trip eg Greece, Balearics, etc etc).

The only thing I’ve got booked is a concert which should’ve happened in June. Unless things change drastically I’m not optimistic that it will happen.
