Is this just a cold

I’m unsure what to do regarding a test as I don’t have the main 3 symptoms.

On Sunday I started with switching between a runny nose & blocked nose also had pain in my ears and across my cheekbones. A headache and a tickly throat and sneezing

Today day 3 I’ve still got the same symptoms but the tickly throat feels like it’s moved and it’s now in my neck/ top of chest/back if that makes sense. I just feel a bit meh

I’ve not got Or had a temperature/cough and I can still taste/smell everything.

Does this just sound like your average cold or would you test? I wouldn’t normally be concerned but this Covid situation is making me second guess everything

As you don’t have any of the 3 main symptoms that are needed for a test, I doubt if you will be offered a test.

I have a cough , snotty nose , sinuses that are hurting. Sneezing and a funny head. I got this from my son who was tested and got a negative result. I will not be getting tested. I have kept myself to myself

If you don't have a new, persistent cough, a temperature or a change in smell or taste then you don't need to get a test.

I've had a cough all year thanks to allergies but it got worse last night and I've now got a cold. I booked a test because of the cough and I'm waiting for the result, I wouldn't have done if I wasn't coughing up a lung.

It's bloody annoying as I always get a cough when I have a cold so I think I'm going to have to use my judgement as I could be a regular at the testing station!

I’ve now got a cough, worse when I lay down.

It’s a productive cough most times and I’m crackling when I breathe sometimes😩

I’ve had enough already and we’re not even in winter

Now you have a cough, get a test, just to be on the safe side.
