How long does the temperature last ?

My 17yr old son has been self isolating for over 2 weeks now. His symptoms started with a cold, sore throat and intermittent cough swiftly followed by a temp. No tests available at all, we tried solidly for 5 days and nothing. He's much better in himself but he still has a temperature. Those who've had it how long did your temperature last for ?

For me the temperature lasted about 10 days, the cough stayed a lot longer and my sense of smell is still not right 6 months later.

Sorry to hear that @greensnail hopefully it will return soon. My son's college are badgering him to return to college but there's no way I'm letting him go with a temperature as he's not right and they would turn him away anyway.
