How do you report establishments that are flouting their guidelines?

Does anyone know where this sort of thing gets reported?

There’s a restaurant near us allowing large groups from all different households to sit together at a table.

Calling the police feels silly, but why should they get away with it when other businesses are abiding by the rules?

We’re in a lockdown area, btw.

Local authority I think.
