Holiday booked in 2 weeks time. Just wondered how things are looking infection wise and if it's likely to be cancelled.

Thanks.

We have a spike happening but seems to be hospital based

Feminist10101 · 27/09/2020 20:29

Most of South Wales is locked down. Only a matter of time before it spreads west and north

redgin · 27/09/2020 20:29

Thanks. Fingers crossed it'll decline... although if we can't go, so be it.

Flintshire, Conwy, Denbighshire and Anglesey are on a 'watch list' I think. Flintshire numbers are rising and I think they will be locked down. At the moment, Gwynedd' s numbers are OK but who knows what they will be like in two weeks.

Thank you, I'm not holding my breath 😕

North Wales is far more at risk from the situation in NW England than what's going on down south. Few people up here have anything to do with Newport/Cardiff/Swansea.

I'm in Flintshire. We're waiting for lockdown tbh I don't think it will be long, Denbighshire Is the same, probably as a result of people travelling to work.

Conwy here.
Four of the local high schools in our catchment have at least one school year out. We have a break booked at haven, but like you, wondering if it’ll go ahead.
Bring your own loo roll if you come! Grin all supermarkets have empty shelves Hmm
