How many cases per 100,000 in your area?

Florabella · 27/09/2020 17:44

I have become slightly obsessed about checking the figures in my area each day. We have 7 per 100,000 which I think is pretty low. What are the numbers where you live?

Us too!! Horrible isn't it?
BarefootHippieChick · 27/09/2020 19:39

24 and supposedly less than last week which is good because numbers have been rising steadily thanks to certain areas of the town behaving badly.

BikeRunSki · 27/09/2020 19:40

101 per 100,000 across the borough, and have additional local restrictions. Might be the same borough as @Thesearmsofmine

6 cases in my local ward in the last week . 3 weeks ago we’d been 0-2 cases per week for months. Sad

smilingthroughgrittedteeth · 27/09/2020 19:40

12.8 and on the South East/South West border

But if you listened to the local press you'd think it was 10 x that figure

£9. We were on watchlist but now off it. Cases are rising. I work in an area with 24 per 100k but rapidly rising. 24 is exactly average.

Piggywaspushed · 27/09/2020 19:43

That should say 39!

IndecentFeminist · 27/09/2020 19:44

We had zero for weeks

Notonthestairs · 27/09/2020 19:44

33 - dropped from 38.

Verite1 · 27/09/2020 19:44
  1. On watch list. But London 😔
starfish4 · 27/09/2020 19:48

pjmask we're all jealous! Do you think people are really careful in your area? We're fairly low (7) and everyone I know is living well within restrictions, ie not socialising in doors, lots wearing masks/SD in street.very locally and I think that's helping with our numbers. I'm hoping this is helping as the harder restrictions wouldn't make much difference here (I wonder and hope they do elsewhere)

IndecentFeminist · 27/09/2020 19:51

We have a physical advantage I guess, being an Island

Lordamighty · 27/09/2020 19:52

150 I don’t really know why, a few weeks ago it was 2.4.

Ginkypig · 27/09/2020 19:53

46 cases per 100,000 people in the latest week 16 Sep-22 Sep. The average area had 23.
