How many cases per 100,000 in your area?

I have become slightly obsessed about checking the figures in my area each day. We have 7 per 100,000 which I think is pretty low. What are the numbers where you live?

52, slightly down on last week.
North Hampshire.

FourTeaFallOut · 18/10/2020 18:10

330/100k, it's still going up but the pace of increase is slowing right down.

Jocasta2018 · 18/10/2020 18:10

69 here! Not bad given it's a London commuter town.

TheSultanofPingu · 18/10/2020 20:32

130 per 100k here, tier 2. I'm in North Derbyshire. It does seem pretty random when areas with twice that amount are still in tier one. It would be nice if the government could clarify how they work these things out.

759 active cases per 100,000 (Covid symptom study)

Florabella · 20/10/2020 07:35

We're at 60 today, slightly down from last week's 74

In my local town ward MSOA it's 68 and falling every daily update, in our north of county LTLA it's 52 and falling, and at our whole county level it's 82 and steady. I'm hopeful we've broken the back of the rise in our town now, were doing better than other towns in county but slightly worse than the wider rural area around us.

I'm in Hampshire too and ours is also in the 50s.

Which sounds high, but is down by nearly 100 per 100,000 over the last week.

I noticed on one of the university's dashboards their numbers have dropped hugely last week - hoping the student migration peak might be over so hopeful that numbers will continue to drop.

BlessedBeTheFruitCake · 20/10/2020 12:47

88, up from last week. Still very low compared to some areas.

JonHammIsMyJamm · 20/10/2020 17:04

Cases in my area have fallen by 19% compared to last week, which is great news. We are below the national average.

JonHammIsMyJamm · 20/10/2020 17:04

I’m in a University area too.

Lidlfix · 20/10/2020 17:16

65.8 and in Forth Valley where very strict restrictions are in place. Bars and restaurants closed only cafes open. No meeting in households and there hasn't been very quite some time. We at least got our wee trip to the Highlands and DD3's uni city which are not in the severely restricted central belt of Scotland.

If feels very tough. I am not sure why we were included and hope we see some easing.

RhinestoneCowgirl · 22/10/2020 18:34

244 per 100,000. We're still in tier 1 in Bristol somehow. Lots of cases at the universities.

CeeJay81 · 22/10/2020 18:49

51.3 as of today, was around 30 at begining of this thread. 2 weeks lockdown starts tomorrow.

Bolshybun · 22/10/2020 20:39
