I downloaded the app on Thursday, expecting it to be full of bugs (I understand there is one about testing). It's early days but I am actually impressed, it's clearly set out and seems to have a lot of functionality, Eg barcode scanning, symptom checker.
I also had to get dd a test last week. Booking was horrendous but I have to admit after that the process was excellent. Test a few miles away a couple of hours later. Turned up twenty mins early and was waved straight in. Everyone there knew exactly what they were doing and talked me through the throat swab. Home at the original time of our appointment. Results arrived 19 hours later.
Just thought I should start this thread as I'd be quick to complain about these things.
