Will the new winter economy plan stave off job losses?

I personally only know one person who has lost their job and they found new work in a care home pretty swiftly after that. Obviously I know not everyone is that lucky. How many people do you know that have lost their jobs?

Do you think the new plan will protect a larger number of jobs that might otherwise have been lost at the end of the furlough scheme?

Dd and several of her friends lost jobs a couple of months ago (fortunately found new ones) a friend of mine got made redundant this week.

Not really. It doesn’t help any business where their income is significantly down or still forcibly shut

The job losses have barely started. Thousands of people will lose their jobs as more and more companies go under.
