I was asked by the Zoe app to take a test, so I ordered a postal one. It arrived yesterday and I have been unable to register it - I get all the way to the end of the process and then it says there is a problem, please try again. I have tried again multiple times, on multiple devices, still doesn't work. I tried calling 119 as suggested by the error page and they said its a known issue, sometimes fixed by deleting cookies and clearing browser history (didn't work) and that the whole site was being taken down for maintenance last night to fix the problem (still having the same issue today). Has anyone else had this and did you manage to resolve it? I'm going to call them again now but not holding out much hope they will be able to help
