Leeds visiting grandparent

Leeds is going into lockdown at midnight - no mixing of households. My father is driving down from Leeds now to stay with us. Should we tell him to turn around?

No way, he's already started the journey before the restrictions are in place. Enjoy the visit and make the most of it.

He's not on lockdown yet. And you're not on lockdown. So I don't think you would need to turn him around.
