Pregnant and childminder now isolating

I don't know if I have a question or just need a wee cry. My 11 month DD goes to a family member once a week...I am also 2 months pregnant, beyond exhausted and feeling very anxious about everything. This family member has been told that her DD needs to isolate after a positive test in her class. This obviously, we have assumed, means that their whole household needs to isolate. I think I'm just scared for what it means right now - and that this will probably keep happening. No respite now and potentially no respite ever...how are people coping with this?

The whole household doesn't need to isolate unless a household member develops symptoms (unless in certain areas of Scotland), although the person told to isolate should be distancing from the rest of their household for the 14 days.

The child who is isolating is 5 - distancing isn't really an option...

No the rest of the household don't need to isolate and can carry on working / going to school etc.
