What to do with unused home test?

Ordered a home test but arrived too late for testing symptoms so had to isolate instead. What can I do with the unused test? Save it for when we need another? (Two DC at two different schools so will almost definitely be needing one again during the winter).

I believe that you can use it when you next need one, just be aware there apparently is an expiration date on them (no idea where but believe they are good for 6 months).

I have the exact same issue! Useless Amazon logistics couldn't locate our address.

I would save it or give it to someone you know is struggling to get hold of one.

I got sent two by the Zoe app for some reason. Obv only used one. I've kept it in the cupboard. Will look to see if it has an expiry date.

I’d save it for next time or see if school would like it for when/if anyone there needs one or if any parents struggle to get one for their kids.

there was a thread the other day by someone who had a spare from ages ago and managed to use it fine! Def save it for emergencies.

Send it anyway and watch it come back positive. Magic!

Zoe may ask you to retest in a few weeks time. They did for me but as I went to a drive thru it was two separate trips. I'd hang onto it a little while unless you have a friend in need.
