Work/isolation

What is everyone's work doing when your childs school year has been told to isolate. They can't be left alone so need to be off work aswel. (child has no symptoms) Are you getting full pay? Sick pay? Or nothing.

My work has said they will pay me in full if business is going well, which it is at the moment.
