Best time to get a test? Tips?

My 5 year old has a cough, snotty nose and had a temperature on Monday evening. I tried all evening, ALL day yesterday, woke up at 4 this morning and have been trying since to get a test 😨. I feel like I am going crazy putting all our details in again again and getting nothing. We have 2 year old twins and both work. I find it so so hard looking after them without any nursery or school. They are relentless (the twins!). Any tips when did you get your test, what time? Really hope I can get one today 🙌
