Hi everyone, apologies in advance if this is a silly question, but I wonder if anyone knows if the new rules in Scotland apply to Estate Agents/Surveyors and prospective buyers?
I know tradespeople are supposedly exempt but I am not sure if this covers the above??
I really am sorry, but my mental health is in a very bad state (was already pre-Corona) and was hoping to move nearer to friends very soon.
Surveyor is supposed to come on Monday for the Home Report and Estate Agent the following day for pictures/video tour.
If anyone has any insight I would be so grateful...I don't want to call our estate agent just now...I am actually German and get really flustered when I am under stress and I don't want to waffle.
