How can people trust Boris again now? This was only recently as well and originally he said it'll be over in 12 weeks.

We can't trust what he says, can we?

Last March I was thinking "thank goodness family wedding is booked for April 2021 not 2020" Now weddings are reduced to 15 people and that's expected to be the case for 6 months, so it looks like the wedding will be off too. Seems never ending.

They said that about both world wars.
It Didn't happen and went on for years!
I hope this is a lot shorter.

No British Prime Minister should ever have tempted fate and said 'it'll be over by Christmas!'

So, aside from anything else, he needs to go back to school for History lessons.

He didn't actually say it though, just that he hoped things would be more normal by Christmas.

yeah still don't know why he said this. Such a pillock.

I would say 'maybe it's all part of the plan to get people to comply' or whatever but listening to a behavioural psychologist who was supposed to be briefing government, she said she thinks they've barely read their papers.

It was also so obviously not true!

Was it to push then eat out mantra or back to work?

The problem with Boris is he is a compulsive liar (proved by his entire history of behaviour, including pre politics). He doesn't seem to understand how that doesn't always work!
