Does anyone know when these new measures start?

Pubs are Thursday I think. From Monday they’re cutting the number at weddings by half but funerals the same. Groups of six remain, masks mandatory for retail staff and fines go up.
I think he said these restrictions would be in place for 6 months now did I hear that right?

Yes I think he said to expect these measures to be in place for up to 6 months.

Also confirmed that office workers advised to wfh again - although that was already leaked by Michael gove
Am surprised there was not tighter restrictions on meeting indoors. So you could go to the pub till 10pm and then go back to your house with 5 other people? (Except in local lockdown areas). Seems pretty flawed...
