So are teachers and pupils bottom of the pile if they were to ration tests until they can catch up and increase capacity?
They did say schools can now order tests direct from NHS.
I believe schools now have helpline to encourage them to send less kids home.
Will it be enough or will schools get worse as universities going back will add extra pressures.
