Matt Hancock refused to answer question about 2nd lockdown

Matt Hancock has just been asked about a 2nd lockdown in the commons and he did not address it AT ALL even with other MPs shouting ‘what about lockdown’ at him. I think that sort of proves that it’s pretty likely to happen now.

Costello has retracted his tweet, so there is perhaps nothing to say.

Occam's Razor is telling me that there has been a wide-ranging "war gaming" session looking at lots of different scenarios and what couid be done , and there's been a partial leak

He was asked about the chances of a second lockdown. He refused to even address it. It’s a question in the commons that he should answer and he didn’t which speaks volumes. Absolutely nothing to do with the retracted tweet.

Of course he didnt answer - because if we end up having to have one it is because of his incompetence and inability to set up the track/trace/testing regime.

Say no and we do he is a liar

If he says yes he loses his job pretty quickly (which he shoudl)

It's all been leaked on purpose to gauge public appetite for a 2nd lockdown and how much we'll put up with.

I'd like to hear from Rishi. We've heard loads from Matt Hancock, how about we hear from the Chancellor.
