What the general rule of thumb about friends?

I went out for a drink with friends on Saturday night, then Monday I started getting symptoms. I’ve got my test this afternoon.

If I test positive, do the friends I was with need to self isolate too? Do I need to ring the bar I went to and let them know I have the virus for track and trace?

Friends - yes, if you were within 2m of them.
Bar - you give the details to track & trace and they will contact the bar (or not).
