Has anyone been contacted by track & trace

I don’t know anyone thats been contacted by track and trace, has anyone? I was wondering if that was actually happening or is the fiasco with the testing covering up lack of T&T

My teenage son was as his friend tested positive. He was already five days into self isolation of his own accord when they caught up with us. The guy wasn't great on the phone, obviously reading from a template, bumbling, kept losing his train of thought! Also told him to start self isolating from the date of the call (no way!). Some other friends weren't contacted at all. Not massively impressed.

You’ve had one reply to your question OP. So seemingly no one else has been contacted by track and trace.

I've not heard of anyone being contacted either...

I wonder if I know cptartapp as my experience is almost identical! Contacted for DS (17). Confusion about isolation period but then agreed 14 days from last seeing infected friend.

To be fair call was only about 6 working hours after the positive test was confirmed
