Is my test booked?

I’ll try and explain un-confusingly.

Went through gov website - filled in details - picked the onto location over an hour away to leave at 7:30 tomorrow morning.- it said “confirm your details” - I click “save and continue” - it took me back to the very first page explaining how to get a test.

So is it booked? I haven’t had confirmation or anything.

When you have booked a test, they will send you an email or a text confirming it and a code to show. As you haven’t got the confirmation, doesn’t sound like it’s booked

For fuck sake.

Excuse my language but I’ve refreshed the pissing page thousand and thousands of times all day today and finally managed to get one but doesn’t look like it’s booked. Fuming.

Sorry, not booked. Happened to me on Sunday after I'd been trying to book a test for 2.5 days. Got to have the email confirmation.

Not booked - you get an email confirmation with a code if it has gone through

I phoned 119 when thy same happened to me. They said it happened when the slots were filled before you finished the process.

No idea why is doesn't reserve the slot for long enough to complete the booking or why it doesn't tell you that's what the issue is!

Managed to get another one... even further away 🥴 just want to know if I have it or not.. not because I’m that worried, I’m 24 and both me and my 8 month old are full of flu and coughing like 50 year smokers. But because I need to prove it my arguments be family group chat🤣

Before anyone declares war on me, the GP has asked me to try and get tested based on my symptoms. But my family think I’ve just got tonsillitis again.. could be true.. could be Covid.

@girlsyearapart - i didn’t get this for ages.. was reading through posts trying to find where someone has accused you of being a robot. But yes, every time I saw it I died a little inside.
