I have recently tested positive for coronavirus. I am ok in myself but feeling so congested and light headed. Any tips for relieving congestion welcome.....thanks :)

Olbas oil in hot water and gently breath it in does the trick for me, we are all currently congested from what we think is a school cold but waiting to get a test for Covid still
