You don’t have a mobile phone or internet access ( many people dont)
How do you get a test in that situation?

I don't know but in the 'old' days we used to have to print barcodes etc out before we visited somewhere. Maybe there's an option to print it out

You don’t. Well you phone 119 from a landline, stay on hold for 2 hours then they tell you there are no tests available.

It’ll be beyond a lot of folk who will just sit it out / not bother.
