Trouble registering home test?

Has anyone done a home test and been unable to register online? I have attempted numerous times and each results in ‘there is a problem’. Calling the number is futile, I don’t have hours to spend on hold. Very frustrating

I couldn't register one online because I forgot to record the Royal Mail code. I just rang the number. I was only hold about 20mins that time and about 40mins when I rang them yesterday evening.

Thanks, I’ve put all the relevant codes in (I took photos of them all) but it still isn’t working. I really don’t know if it’s something I’m doing wrong? I might try and call this evening maybe it will be quieter

I'm having the same problem. I have tried on several devices too.
