5yr old with symptoms

My 5year old son has symptoms of coronavirus, the cough is new and consistent and the thing that’s worrying me.
I have attempted 3 times today to get him a test but have had no luck so will keep trying.
He has 5 other siblings at home who are in primary, secondary and college.
Do I keep them all off until the 5yr old can be tested? Or do I send them into school still?

The whole household needs to isolate.
Looks like the government need to start painting this onto the bottom of rocks as clearly the message isn't getting through to certain parts of society despite it literally being everywhere (and this particular part unchanged for literally 6 months).
