Child.. runny nose?

Well 4 days of being back at preschool my little boy has a runny nose.. no cough, no high temp.. would we need to test.. he's otherwise absolutely fine ?

Thanx everyone, just thought I'd check. A lot of runny noses/colds end up turning into coughs so no doubt if that's the case he may have to be tested but no wonder no one can get a test nearby as children get coughs and colds all the time
