I am confused by the lockdown rules for Caerphilly county, If you work outside of the county you are allowed to go to work if you can't work from home, everyone over 11 must wear face masks in shops etc so if I work in a shop in gwent does that mean I have to wear a mask in work even though my colleagues don't have to?
