Not to be too tinfoil hat here, but...
We have a landline that we barely use. We hardly ever get dodgy calls on it and nobody really has the number, aside from e.g. school/nursery and our parents.
I booked a covid test at the weekend and entered our landline into the online form for track and trace purposes.
Since then we’ve had a load of those iffy recorded scam messages threatening to cut off our internet etc etc etc. Has this happened to anyone else? Is somebody scraping off the data somehow? Or has lockdown sent me paranoid?
